Nothing special…the homeless guy was a fill in my old version of Photoshop (just did a copy and paste from old cartoon) elements that the new version doesn’t have but the newer version (elements 6) has a brick filter. Let me know if you can’t find it.
The bottom cartoon could have easily said, “Waiting on my Stimulus Package.” Nice job Bear.
