  • The Loon is a Friggin’ Bottom Dwelling BEARMANiac

    So we go from yesterdays highs of BEARMANia to its lows today. Yes friends, The Friggin Loon  has shown her heart for charity and has answered the Charity Challenge with this lovely rendition.

    So why the bottom dwelling.  Seems that via wordpress as of late, Lynn and Scott have been the recipients of being posted on a main page and reaping many rewards of new visitors.  While I stay in the bottom feeder category, alas I am no longer on wordpress.com so I won’t be receiving any visitors from them anymore.  In fact when I switched off of hosting there, my daily stats dropped by about 40%. 

    So at the request of the Loon and Duncan, I made this for them.

    And now Loon has started a campaign for the downtrodden which Duncan and Dave have already picked up.   LOON I changed it from Feeder to Dweller even though I think you are a Feeder.   Hoping to pick up anyone’s leftover visitor scraps.

  • Lynn is an Uber BEARMANiac

    While Duncan and especially the Friggin Loon lament about their bottom dweller status, Lynn of Trippin’ with Rip fame steps up her game and continues to show them up.  No wonder she gets all the attention.  And for new readers, no she is not a pothead.  She has just decided to discuss Hemp this week.

    First Lynn chose the biggest banner ad I have and put it on PAGE 1 of her blog.  NOW she and the ripped Rip have blown up that banner ad and taken it with them all over Florida promoting BEARMANia in their own way.  Check it out. (Click the Images 2x to see them larger)

  • Bo and Corve are BEARMANiacs

     Bo Lumpkin is a beast.  Not only does he work on two different cartoons, Bo Lumpkin and Gatorhead, but he is also visiting and supporting more webcomics than George and I combined.    His wit has me jealous.  Here he has Buster and Shirley showing their BEARMAN love.  Thanks Bo.

    And Corve DaCosta who is the voice of Jamaica blogging about everything cool there is to do, see, eat, and even be pissed about the beautiful country of Jamaica.  Thankfully in his BEARMANia picture he didn’t show me up and show off his abs but ladies he has been known to do so on his own blog so you may want to check him out.   • Laura and Jammers are Bearmaniacs

    So waiting in my mailbox yesterday were TWO; Count ’em TWO people sending their BEARMANia love to me.  Well Jammers actually is about half but I’ll count it!!

    First up was Laura AKA Midwest Mom AKA one half of the great women behind Hmm Sweet Splendid Wisdom.  She, like Dave, is not only a BEARMANiac but she and her daughter are obviously also BEAR maniacs.  Thanks Laura.

    “Jammer’s shoe is a Bearmaniac”  Jammer I know you are shy but if your shoe is the BEARMANiac, then why is your foot and leg involved?  And why only one shoe?  And are you planning to go fishing or do you just keep your crap laying around the floor?   I am thinking you could have at least bought some BEARMAN Barbecue sauce and poured it over your feet.

  • Dave is a BEAR uh Maniac

    Dave Hambridge of Hambo Central and his beautiful bride Hazel were married in 1996.  Obviously before Dave was a BEARMANiac, he and Hazel were BEAR maniacs.  His best man and her “chief bridesmaid” were their childhood teddy bears.   Check them out in their hands in the pic.

    Thanks for your support Dave and remember you are only one year from your 15th year anniversary.  I think Hazel needs some new diamonds.

    Tony McGurk is the first to show off his BEARMANia.  Tony’s blog is YNOT (among others he is constantly playing hide and seek so I have to find him) and is a real Tasmanian.  You will have to ask his wife if he is a devil.  Check out his blog to see the continuing hilarious adventures of Flat Tony.

    Saint Patricks Day T-shirt

    March 17 marks the celebration of St Patrick’s Day. So to celebrate, I thought I would finally work on my St. Paddy’s t-shirt design that has been running in my head. Gone are my green beer days and feeling the need to stand in a crowd of 400 in a bar that usually holds 20. I guess when you are single, these things are more tempting.

    Astute readers will notice something that I purposefully did wrong in my design. Can you point it out??

  • I’m Just a Healthcare Bill Tshirt

    Schoolhouse Rock - I'm Just a Healthcare Bill TshirtDon’t know about kids outside the USA, but in the US we were exposed on Saturday mornings to little blurbs between cartoons called School House Rock.

    These little ditties taught me the different between an adjective and an adverb, what the preamble to the US Constitution is and one of my favorites, was Bill.  It told the story of how a bill becomes a law on Capit0l Hill.

    Unfortunately many bad bills get made into law and many good bills sit forever never becoming law. 

    Those of you who remember School House Rock…what was your favorite???
