Bearman Guest Cartoon: Tony McGurk

Up today is Tony McGurk of Life According to Tony.  Tony has only recently released on the world his artistic talent.  I have been following his exploits in Tasmania and of course the exploits of his dog Dixie, but it is only recently Tony has joined the cartooning world.

Such talented spiders.  Not only can they weave a Bearman web but they know the difference between a Bear Maniac and a Bearman-iac.

Keep commenting and spreading the joy.  Next up is Colleen Dick of Tix-Comix

Do I assume it’s up to me to reply to the comments???
      I will assume…
Yes they are cute Tracy but they are also pesky, mischievous little stinkers too

Hope they are not redbacks! Or funnelwebs.

I love those spiders. I knew you had a lot of fans Bearman. I don’t know why I was surprised to find that even the spiders are Bearman-iacs. Great job Tony.

    1. Tony Avatar

Thanks Bo. They are still not sure if they are Bearmaniacs or Bearman-iacs. I think they will be debating it for a while.

Those spiders have good taste… too bad they have to die! *SWAT!

    1. Tony Avatar

No they don’t have to die. I think they are immortal spiders. See my series Spiderbite Parts 1 – 6

For having just started Tony is really coming along with his cartoons, isn’t he? I’ve really been enjoying his work! 🙂

    1. Tony Avatar

Thanks SIG, I really enjoy doing them too.

  6. George Avatar

And I thought the cobwebs were only on my site. Nice job, Tony! 🙂

    1. Tony Avatar

Thanks George. I think I have a few of them inside my ageing head too

I’d be wary of that mosquito hovering in the corner…..

That’s Moz, or is it his friend Skeeta? They both look the same to me. You do have to watch out for him, he’s a thirsty little sucker

thanks for pointing out the difference but what would it be if you were a maniac and liked bearman?

Oh I gave you a shout out today.

    1. Tony Avatar

Then I think that would make you a psychotic stalker…

  9. Binky Avatar

Now that Creepy & Crawly have invaded America, nothing will hold them back.

    1. Tony Avatar

I didn’t realize that bears and spiderwebs went together! But then again, this Bearman is …unique.

    1. Tony Avatar

They use very strong webs to catch bears

Way to go Tony. I do so enjoy your sense of humor. I’m glad I found you.

    Have a terrific day. 🙂

What about my sense of humor??

  13. DadaHyena Avatar

Are they strong? Listen, bub! They’ve got RADIOACTIVE BLOOD!

    1. Tony Avatar

I never thought of the radioactive blood before. I could exploit integrate that spider characteristic into my cartoons
