Webcomics at 1 or 100

So I am taking off for a few weeks and won’t be trolling your sites much if at all in that time.  I asked and recieved some great guest cartoons in my absence.  The task was to draw your cartoon character at either age 1 or 100.   The above was what I made of myself when I did this several years ago.

Here is the schedule:

So as always give them the love you don’t usually afford me and share their work on social media and talk them up.  And please try not to make a mess while I am gone.

I’m not looking forward to getting that old. Not one bit. Bwahahahahahaha.

Have some great time away from the computer. 🙂

  2. jb says:

Hey man enjoy your time off and me and the bears will be here when you get back.

  3. Bo Lumpkim says:

Enjoy your down time Bearman. Of course you do realize that our entire webcomic community will probably collapse without you here to comment and spread the word. 🙂

  4. Red says:

I will keep up the lampshade concession whilst you are gone 😉 Have fun, Bearman. See if you cannot pull off some sleep in the meantime!

  5. frigginloon says:

So are you off frollicking on the poop deck?

  6. Binky says:

All right, where does Bearman keep the chocolate?

  7. Nef says:

I wanted to make a guest comic, but I haven’t had time to even make enough of MY own comic. Stay healthy and enjoy your break. When you come back, we expect more trolling.

  8. Tony McGurk says:

Ha Ha!!! Great comic. I hope I’m not like that when I’m old. Well I guess it Depends…
I was going to do a Barry & Cedric comic for this but I completely forgot. I think that was around job loss time when things were pretty stressful which could be why I didn’t get it done. That’s my excuse anyway & I’m sticking to it.

  9. Tony McGurk says:

Hey everyone while he’s gone give me a hand to jack his site up & we’ll pinch the wheels & leave it sitting on bricks.

  10. you’d better start hitting the Rogaine…
    I’ve seen the future… and it’s trademark green hair-less!
    Have a great break, Bearman!!!
    🙂

  11. Deb says:

    Ahahaha…that’s great, Bearman!
Also, if Binky finds your chocolate I’m going to have some of of it too!
Enjoy your time away, Bearman. 🙂

  12. bschooled says:

Oddly enough, that’s exactly how I picture you as well.

    Enjoy your mini-hiatus, Bear!

  13. Gruhn says:

    Enjoy the break!

I thought I commented here when this came out. Do you still have a space for the guest comic we discussed back in Oct? I might be able to squeeze it out this week if you do.

  15. Colleen says:

Your system ate two my comments I try again, if this fails I guess I’ve been banned. what I said was do you still want me to send you that guest comic we discussed a month or so ago?

  16. Colleen says:

No it is my bad for submitting a comment with a URL with variables. Most sites let it by; some chop off the varibles and still publish the comment, some report an error, and yours apparently just silently stuffs the whole thing into the bit bucket. It is actually a minor security issue, though not one that worries me! OK I’ll get on the guest panel ASAP, as soon as I do my pinterest one.

  17. writerdood says:

Block with garbage can lid, or dodge?
    Rough choice.
    Have fun.

  18. Lynn says:

I was here and we had this huge party! Everything was a mess but we’ve managed to delete all the derrogatory comments (not just mine) about you and got the place cleaned up before you got back. How’d we do? Where’d you go anyway? If you say Thailand you are SO in trouble!
