Chuck Berry & Chuck Barris RIP
Chuck Berry and Chuck Barris both passed away recently. Chuck Berry of course is famous for being one of the pioneers of Rock and Roll paving the way for those to come to emulate his guitar solos and showmanship. Chuck Barris was the creator of several game shows including the “Dating Game”, “Newlywed Game” and the show he himself hosted “The Gong Show”
Berry/Barris, Barris/Berry both named Chuck. I could see where the Grim Reaper could get confused.

White Rabbit Cartoon (Alice in Wonderland)
Just a quick drawing of the White Rabbit from Alice in Wonderland. I found a group of illustrators on twitter that follow the twitter handle @animalalphabets who posts a weekly challenge to draw a different animal character each week. They start with the letter A and work their way down to Z. This week’s challenge was W so they picked the White Rabbit from Alice in Wonderland. Of course I was supposed to post earlier but like the rabbit, I’m Late, I’m Late!!!

Luke Harper WWE Caricature
Haven’t done a WWE caricature cartoon in a while so this one goes out to Luke Harper (aka Jon Huber). He always wears a dingy sleeveless shirt. WWE needs to make him a his own wrestling shirt in their shop that says “this IS my clean shirt”

GOP in the Hot Seat
Ahhh, the GOP is in the hot seat. Whether you think Republicans are responsible for the election of Donald Trump or the DNC and the Clinton campaign are (or the Russians, or Bernie Sanders), clearly the Republican Party is the only one that can and should make sure there is checks and balances with our new President. -
Tooning Trump’s Tweets – Bayer
Trump cartoons will be all the rage as the new President is sworn in. Today is a milestone day in American Politics. Sure, sure, we are going to swear in a new President, Donald J. Trump. But more importantly he has inspired a new cartoon series from me. “Tooning Trump’s Tweets”, is where I take the funniest source material I can find, President Trump’s ACTUAL tweets on twitter, and cartoon them. No better Trump cartoons out there than that which comes from his own mouth (or fingers).
So our inaugural (hehe) cartoon is based on a statement he made last week about all the new jobs he is bringing (or keeping) in the US. This one about Bayer inspired the thoughts of them selling a crapload of aspirin for the next four years. hmmm…maybe I should be buying stock in Bayer.

George RR Martin finishes new book – 2016
George RR Martin, the author of the Game of Thrones series, is known not to be sentimental about leading characters in his books. In fact he is known to kill off a few of your favorites regularly. Which got me thinking. With all the celebrity deaths in 2016, did good old George write that book?

Trump Blames Media for Crazy Comments
The crazier things that Donald Trump says and does the more he blames it on the media. Or is he mad because the only way he can control his message anymore is to stop talking? Does he forget that it is the same media that got him the nomination in the first place due to them constantly wanting to film the circus that seems to surround him?

Ken Bone
Ken Bone and his red sweater are getting his 15 minutes of fame. After supposedly splitting the pants on his nice gray suit, Ken grabbed his “Plan B” outfit of a nice shirt and his red sweater before heading out to last Sunday’s Presidential Debate. Since then, he has been the subject of memes, Halloween Costumes and media adoration. Ken, you certainly are “Bad to the BONE”
