Welcome news for those who have been the victim of others taking their “nude” photos and posting it on Reddit. Blogger has announced that going forward nude photos have to be on a private site and reddit announced that nude images can no longer be posted without the subject in the image’s permission. Now if we could get a rating put on certain images as they are uploaded to Google Plus so I can avoid the explicit images some of my “friends” post so my wife doesn’t think I am looking at nudies on my ipad in bed. I couldn’t resist creating this image of the reddit alien flashing you all.

I can’t say I’m sorry. Sometimes you just get a big shock showing up on a site. Three is nudity everywhere though so this is just a small part of the fix. Works for me.

Since my blog is on Blogger and I received the e-mail notice, I feel the need a little clarification is in order.
If you have nude pics and you don’t remove them by March 23rd, the blog that they’re on will be made private. You can still see them and anyone else who you extend an invite to read your blog will see them and that will be it.
Oh, if they make your blog private because of it, I do believe it is irreversible.
As you can well imagine, there is holy hell going on in the Blogger forums about it, simply because the entire e-mail about it is rather ambiguous.
